1. Definitions and declarations
1.1. “Styles” means MyStyle digital music files intended for use on electronic keyboards, including, among other things, arrangements, algorithms, source code, Effects files and keyboard settings.
1.2. The styles are the exclusive intellectual property of the company, including copyrights, trade secrets and trademarks. No ownership or transfer rights are granted hereby.
1.3. The customer declares that they have checked their keyboard’s specifications, found the styles suitable for their needs, listened to the samples and understood that incompatibilities may arise with other sets installed on the keyboard.
1.4. The license granted is personal, exclusive and non-transferable, for one device only and for private purposes only.

2. Restrictions on use
2.1. The following are strictly prohibited:
• Transferring, selling, renting or sharing the styles with a third party.
• Any commercial use, reworking, modification of patterns or combination with other samples.
• Recording or using the styles in productions other than the customer’s own.
• Programming or creating new styles based on them, except with the company’s written permission.
2.2. The styles may be used solely at the customer’s private events. They may not be used for other keyboardists or musicians, commercial recordings or third-party productions.
2.3. Recording the styles is permitted only with appropriate credit and without reusing components of the file.

3. Purchases, cancellations and liability
3.1. Cancellation policy:
• Styles (digital products): purchases may be cancelled within three (3) days of purchase. After that, the transaction cannot be cancelled for any reason.
• Physical store products: purchases may be cancelled within seven (7) days of purchase, provided the product is in its original packaging, complete, new and free of any defect or damage. Cancellation must be requested in writing through an online communication channel (including WhatsApp).
3.2. The customer alone bears the cost of returning a product.
3.3. Liability:
The company and/or anyone acting on its behalf shall not be liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from use of a service and/or product purchased on the website. All content displayed on the website and/or in forums is for information only and does not constitute professional advice or a binding opinion.

4. Product delivery
• Digital styles: within three (3) business days of transaction approval.
• Physical store products: within seven (7) business days.

5.1. The company may change or discontinue updates and support for the styles at its sole discretion.
5.2. Transferring the styles to a third party voids update and usage rights.

6.1. The website takes customary precautions to protect the confidentiality of its customers’ information.
6.2. Customer details will not be shared with a third party except as needed to operate the website and complete the purchase.

These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute rests with the competent courts in Jerusalem.
